The Exco Type AX3 Axial Expansion Compensator is suitable for use on systems up to 120°C at 16 bar pressure. All units are supplied at installation lengths and are pre stressed.
Please not that that Exco can design and supply Axial Expansion Compensators to accommodate higher system temperatures / pressures and other rates of axial compression or special dimensions required.
Please advise at time of enquiry / order the system temperature and pressure to allow correct selection of compensator.

Primary Pipe Guide Spacings
The anchor loads generated by using this type of axial expansion compensators are high.
This type of compensator is mainly used on perimeter heating systems. Due to the thermal expansion of the pipework, it is very important that the correct type of bracket is used to allow the pipework to expand and contract.
Exco offers a unique bracketing system designed especially for this application (details available upon request).
